Thank you for being here. This space is for leaders who feel the pace of change in our region and know that “business as usual” will not get them to what’s next.

Who I am

I’m Krystyna Litwa, an Organizational Development and Change Management Consultant partnering with CEOs and senior leaders across the Middle East to turn strategy and transformation investments into real behavior change, adoption, and business results. I bring almost 15 years of experience in People, Culture, OD and Change, having led HR and talent functions across the Middle East, Africa and EMEA for a multi‑billion‑dollar global business before moving into global Organizational Development roles impacting 22,000+ employees.

My story starts far from boardrooms and data centers. I grew up in a working family, with both parents on the factory floor of an international cigarette manufacturer, where a safe, respectful workplace allowed them to come home proud, energized, and grateful. As a child, I saw how not everyone had access to that kind of environment – and I quietly decided I would devote my career to helping build organizations that are not only profitable and effective, but also deeply human in how they treat their people.

Fifteen years, London and UAE chapters, and multiple global transformation programs later, I reached a point where the speed and scale of change in our world – particularly around digital, AI, and data – was unlike anything we had seen before. I chose to leave corporate, deepen my expertise as a Prosci® Certified Change Management Practitioner, and focus my work on helping leaders design organizations that can truly adapt, scale, and sustain performance in this new reality.

Today, much of my work sits within the dynamic data center and mission‑critical infrastructure ecosystem in the Middle East, where I serve as a consultant and fractional People & Culture leader to organizations entering, scaling, or transforming in the region. I also work across other industries that are facing similar inflection points and am currently pursuing my ICF PCC coaching accreditation, reflecting my commitment to developing the leaders and teams I serve.

What this blog is about

Leading What’s Next is a thought leadership space dedicated to the rapidly evolving data center industry and its broader ecosystem in the Middle East.

Here, I will explore how leaders can:

  • Build organizations that can grow, adapt, and execute as the sector expands at unprecedented pace.

  • Design operating models, structures, and cultures that keep people at the center while delivering measurable performance.

  • Lead complex transformation and AI‑driven change in ways that are practical, humane, and grounded in real organizational realities.

You can expect perspectives, tools, and case‑based reflections on topics such as:

  • Change readiness and change strategy for large‑scale transformations.

  • Organizational design and workforce architecture for scaling in the region.

  • Leadership capability, governance, and decision‑making rhythms that sustain execution.

  • Culture, accountability, and the human side of high‑growth environments.
