Krystyna Litwa is a Dubai-based organizational development and change management consultant with over 15 years of experience leading large-scale transformation initiatives across corporate and consulting environments, impacting tens of thousands of employees globally.

She works with data center organizations to strengthen their effectiveness, adaptability, and organizational resilience. She applies Prosci-based change management to ensure strategic initiatives translate into measurable business outcomes, while building the leadership depth and workforce capability required to sustain performance over time.

Krystyna is a Prosci-Certified Change Management Practitioner, ICF-Certified Coach, and member of the Association of Change Management Professionals (ACMP). She holds a Master of Science in Organizational Behaviour from Birkbeck, University of London. She previously held senior roles in organizational development and People and Culture within global, multi-billion-dollar organizations, leading transformation across multiple regions and business units.
